I welcome input on my card making. Right now, they feel a bit one dimensional. Any suggestions? Where is the best place to find embellishments?
I got the inspiration for this card from this blog I don't think the blog is working, but the image link was still saved on my computer. I used my Martha Stewart ball point glue pen to make the diamond shapes on the cone.
I made this card for my friend Debra's 50th birthday. She's the first one in our group to turn 50 and we're all going to celebrate in Las Vegas this weekend!
Here is a picture of the first card I created all on my own using my Cricut. Don't judge too harshly, I'm a beginner! :)
Well folks, this is my first official posting on my blog - wish me luck! I would like to thank Laura Davis from 2 Sketches 4 You & Tracy Gough from Scrap Happens for helping get me to this point. I'll link to their blogs (as soon as I figure out how!) Thank you for being so patient!
I live in California - born and raised. I'm married to Brad and have two teenagers; Jessica & Joshua. I love to cook (especially bake) paper craft, knit, paint & read. I work at a job that I love most of the time. There are never enough hours in my day, but somehow I find time to make it all work.
